As a tangible measure to realize Sustainable Development Goal 16 (SDG 16), which aims to build strong, just, and inclusive institutions, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Padjadjaran has firmly implemented the “Zona Integritas” (Integrity Zone) program. This initiative is not merely a slogan but a comprehensive commitment to fostering an academic and working environment rooted in principle, transparency, and accountability, spearheading the faculty’s journey towards achieving the Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) or Corruption-Free Zone designation.
The Integrity Zone is supported by the official establishment of the Tim Kerja Pembangunan Zona Integritas Menuju WBK dan Agen Perubahan FISIP, as stipulated in Rector’s Decree No. 428 of 2025. This working team, chaired directly by the Dean of FISIP, plays a central role in coordinating and ensuring the sustainability of integrity-based practices across all academic and administrative services. As a result of this collective commitment, FISIP Universitas Padjadjaran achieved an outstanding total score of 95.75 out of 100 in the 2025 Integrity Zone Evaluation (Lembar Kerja Evaluasi Zona Integritas).
This achievement not only reflects the faculty’s strong internal governance but also demonstrates its active role in educating the academic community to become agents of change, in line with SDG 16’s call to reduce corruption and strengthen transparent institutions. By internalizing this culture of integrity, FISIP Unpad is not only shaping ethical governance within the institution but also preparing graduates with strong character and integrity to contribute to building a corruption-free Indonesia.
