This study investigates the influence of digital transformation (DT) on business performance (BP), mediated by digital innovation (DI), among digital entrepreneurs in West Java, Indonesia. The research employs an explanatory survey design with a quantitative approach, analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
Based on a sample of 110 digital entrepreneurs in West Java, the results demonstrate that DT significantly influences BP, both directly and indirectly through DI.
The article contributes to the literature by offering empirical evidence on the relationships between DT, DI, and BP in the context of digital entrepreneurship. It emphasizes the importance of:
1. Effective resource allocation,
2. Capacity building for digital entrepreneurs,
3. Collaboration to foster a supportive digital entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Practical implications highlight that strengthening digital transformation and innovation is essential to improving competitiveness and business performance. This research aligns with SDG 5 (Gender Equality).
