The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) cafeteria demonstrates its commitment to sustainable food purchasing, which is an important part of achieving SDG 2. In an interview, it was explained that they purchase raw materials such as vegetables and fruits from the market or buy directly from farmers who sell their crops.
This practice shows that the cafeteria has a strategic role in supporting local food security. By purchasing directly from farmers, they not only obtain fresh food ingredients, but also participate in the local economy. This helps to increase the sustainability of agricultural practices and production around the campus.
