The Social Welfare Student Association of FISIP UNPAD presents SEMESTA, a program dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, human rights, honesty, respect, and fairness on campus.

The program consists of three main parts: an inclusivity campaign at Tugu Makalangan (June 2025), a talk show on equality in the workplace featuring both disabled and non-disabled speakers (August 2025), and a closing event with artistic performances by students with disabilities (September 2025).

Through SEMESTA, The Social Welfare Student Association of FISIP UNPAD not only organizes events but also fosters a culture of inclusivity and social justice, reinforcing the faculty’s commitment to building an equitable and respectful academic environment.
