FISIP Universitas Padjadjaran upholds the principle of equality in providing salaries and remuneration for all employees, in line with SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, particularly its target to eliminate gender pay gaps. Salaries for faculty members and administrative staff are determined based on rank, position, responsibilities, and performance achievements, following government regulations for Civil Servants (PNS) and university policies for Non-Civil Servants. The remuneration framework at Universitas Padjadjaran, as outlined in Rector’s Regulation No. 4 of 2025, ensures that there is no discrimination in wages based on gender or social groups. Men and women with the same position and performance achievements receive equal compensation. Furthermore, individual performance assessments are carried out objectively through performance contracts, evaluations, and a measurable remuneration system, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Through this approach, FISIP Universitas Padjadjaran guarantees that all employees receive just, transparent, and equal rights, thereby reinforcing its commitment to decent work and the elimination of discrimination.
