All the PEO aims to produce graduates who are able to contribute to the resolution of local and global concern by gaining a broad and deep awareness of international relations phenomena. Have the spirit and skills of professional leadership that embodies religious values, accountability, ethics, critical thinking, competitive, competent, productive, creative, innovative, and flexible with a commitment to the noble development of law and the environment or national development, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with the public both domestically (in Indonesia) and internationally.
The Bachelor of International Relations at FISIP Universitas Padjadjaran is one of Indonesia’s oldest IR programmes and a founding member of AIHII. It is ranked 19th in Asia and 239th worldwide by Edurank. About 73.7% of graduates work in public and private sectors, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, national media, companies, and NGOs, while 16.5% pursue international careers with MNCs and international organizations. With a 2026 vision to be globally recognized, the programme emphasizes internationalization, sustainable and digital education, strategic partnerships, impactful research, community engagement, and international quality assurance.
