The Programme Educational Objectives (PEO) are to produce graduates with core competencies in public administration who are globally competitive and adaptive to technological developments, enabling them to contribute to solving public problems. Furthermore, the PEOs aim to equip graduates with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to advance their careers and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
The Unpad Public Administration program demonstrates a strong position across three categories. In academic reputation, it holds “Excellent” (Unggul) accreditation from BAN-PT, ranks 5th in Indonesia (Edurank), and is the 6th most selective program at Unpad (1:36 SNBP acceptance ratio). Regarding graduate competitiveness, a tracer study shows graduates are employed in diverse sectors (government and private) with a “very good” employer satisfaction rate (96.48%). In impact and collaboration, the program supports Unpad’s vision through international partnerships, research that informs legal products, and active faculty consultation in governance reform.
